IBPS-CWE for Bank PO

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts 3 Online Exams per year for staffing of all public sector banks except State Bank of India. These exams are:

Probationary Officers (PO) Once in an year
Clerical Cadre Once in an year
Specialist Officers (Agricultural, Law, Technical) Once in an year

 
The score card generated by IBPS for the CWE is applicable for a year and short listed candidates can apply to any one of the below listed public sector banks and Regional Rural banks according to their scores

Age Limit

Minimum: 20 Years
Maximum : 30 Years (With certain relaxations).
The maximum age limit specified is applicable to General Category candidates.

Educational Qualification

IBPS CWE – ONLINE EXAMINATIONS PATTERN

A candidate has to get ahead of three Stages mentioned below for getting a job as a Bank P.O through IBPS-CWE

NOTE: The above Sections except the Section of English Language are available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi. The Score obtained only into the mains examination is considered for short listing the candidates for Interview and also for the Final merit listing

CUTOFF SCORE
Mean – 3/4th of Standard Deviation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD categories
Mean – 1/4th of Standard Deviation for General Category

Common Interview

After clearing the written examination Interview call letters are sent to the selected aspirants. Interview is conducted by the contributing Organisations and synchronized by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT with the assistance of IBPS

NOTE: The total marks prearranged for Interview is 100 marks. A candidate related to the general category should not score less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates) for qualifying the interview session
